the last refrain
after graduating from dgs for almost four years, it still hurts to realize that this is going to be the last choir rehearsal, the last time you compete in music festival, the last time you walk on stage wearing the identity of a diocesan, and the last taste of 屈機 victory with a diocesan flame blazing in me...
final practice before the real thing:
DCS winning the flag with 90 marks!

Thx for posting these wonderful photographs with original size and also the videos with good sound quality. I have never realized that i had swayed so hilariously in the Waltz.
This is also my last year singing for DCS...as Eric says, "The best things always happen when it's your last attempt."
Also plz grant permission for me to show a number of your photos in my xanga.
Thx.

justin — 25th March, 2007 @ 1:16 pm
Obadiah — 25th March, 2007 @ 4:26 pm
謝謝妳在我的日記中留言
十分欣賞你們當日的演出
願妳也認識我們所信的上帝
另,在妳的xanga上看見一些相片
其中發現我認識的教會朋友---samuel
和妳是大學同學罷~
世界真是小啊!
hannah — 25th March, 2007 @ 10:02 pm
justin: yep, hopefully i'll be there in many more choir finals to come!! =p were you there too?
Obadiah & hannah: thanks again for making my last music festival such an unforgettable one :D God bless! hannah: yes, i have known samuel for almost 4 years now!!! hehh the world is so small :)
laihiu — 26th March, 2007 @ 12:19 am
hey i was searching for our choir recordings on the internet and came across your site!
sorry for going in and out of the row during the intermissions!!!!!! i was too happy to see all the familiar faces again.... we should hv talked more, somehow as i've said it's hard for me in my year to find someone with similar passion :)
oh and i actually wanted to ask abt DCS - what's its full name and does this choir hv a website??
anissa — 27th March, 2007 @ 11:46 pm
hey anissa! hahaha what a pleasant surprise to see your message here :)
DCS in long is Diocesan Choral Society, composed of DB and DG alumni and conducted by #sir. this is the second year we're competing in the music festival for the Open category of Senior Choir (SATB) and it's the first time we won (we came second last year)! there's no official website as we mainly communicate by email, but here's the notice board: http://www.xanga.com/diocesan_choral_society
but i'm not going to sing next year lah because i'll be over 23 (shhhh!! haha) and i'll no longer be a full-time student. hope to see you in the choir finals again next year though! =)
laihiu — 28th March, 2007 @ 12:20 am
