my first go at GO KARTING!!!!!!

yea, it sure felt like heaven...but if you're karting for the first time like i just did, be prepared to receive something like this:

SAMUEL - Plaintiff

Statement of Claim

1. On 26 September 2007, Samuel, David, Hiu Yeung, and Kevin went to Tuen Mun.

2. It was agreed by all parties to meet at 4pm at the Diamond Go Kart Place in Tuen Mun (the "Go Kart Place")

3. In particular, by a telephone conversastion dated 26 September 2007 at around 12pm, Kevin called Samuel to tell him that it will take 1.25 hours to get to the Go Kart Place from Mong Kok KCR statation (the "Instructions")

4. In reliance of the Instructions, Samuel planned his trip to the Go Kart Place.

5. Samuel eventually got to the Go Kart Place at around 5pm

6. Further, Samuel has suffered loss and damages from his trip to Go Kart Place

PARTICULARS OF LOSS AND DAMAGES

(a) taking a minibus to Hunghom KCR, then KCR to Mong Kok, then Bus at Mong Kok for 40 minutes, then wait for bus for 15 minutes then another 20 minute bus ride causing severe headahce and fatigue;

(b) David calling Samuel to run from Lung Kwoo tan to Go Kart Place consisting of running like a crazy boy until he nearly fainted for 10 minutes

7. As a result of severe exhaustion, Kevin, Hiu Yeung (hereinafter "DWM") and David tricked Samuel into believing that he should get out of a go kart by touching its oil tank and also memorizing the price for each component part of a Go Kart.

8. Due to Samuel's intelligence however, he never touched the oil tank.

AND THE PLAINTIFF CLAIMS:

(a) A Declaration that he had so much fun on that day driving a go kart that he nearly killed himself from either the sheer force from the speed of the kart or how he skidded off the track too many times

(b) A Declaration that Samuel was a skilled driver and his lap time was among the best

(c) An Order that this Statement of Claim be struck out as it makes no sense

(d) Costs

(e) Further and/or other relief as the Court sees fit as the Plaintiff is now broke.

雷光夏‧ Summer Lei Summer Live!

未去之前：周卓輝，林 keith 同我三個 "不是銅鑼灣人" 在銅鑼灣總算安然地吃過一頓飯（縱使怪事重重，如先上主菜唔上餐湯，問佢要刀切龍蝦佢會強調你要的係刀"仔"，叫凍咖啡變了叫埋單等等）..... 但係去到灣仔 APA，終於出事，竟然搵唔到 Arts Centre 的位置，明明應該只隔一條街，問 APA 的 reception 借了地圖還是走錯路，最後好彩無遲到 >_<

究竟雷光夏是誰？朋友問起時，我都不會很清晰地回答。怕說了以後，神秘感失去，怕大讚之後，驚喜也失去......

flickr HK party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i've been sooooooo worried for the past few days about not being able to attend this flickr fans event lor....those who know me would know.......i've been waiting for this for sooooooo long........thinking about it day and night.....imagining all possible excuses of leaving the office........i think i almost saw a flickr schwag bag in my dreams..................

anyway, after working my ass off for 2 whole nights (i.e. 9am to 1:30am!!!!), i managed to leave prince's building at 7pm(!!!) yesterday and met up with david and natalie before walking up to Finds in LKF where the flickr party's held =D
